Misty MorningAfter following the Via Ferrata to the top of of the east fin with my daughter and following it north, we were greeted with this view. The mist and rain were moving down the valley so we quickly decended before things became too slippery and the thunder and lightning began.

ForeshadowingIn December 2004 I spent a few days hiking around the area instead of climbing. This view is looking west from the walk-in tent area of Seneca Shadows Campground just as the sun is about to set. It was symbolic of this difficult time in my life.
