Knot for a doubled cord alpine equalizerThis is the knot I used to prevent total failure if one strand of the cord is cut in the alpine equalizer I tied with doubled 7 mm cord. There is an overhand in the middle of the cord. The two ends are fed through the overhand and finnished with a doubled fisherman's.
