Stay left on the arete through the crux and use the ledge, jugs, and sidepulls to get you to the tricky top section. I think it's 10d, maybe 11a. The crux is tough for a short person, maybe impossible. If needed, you can move right (off route) onto the ramp at the crux. That drops it a letter grade or two.
