went up to the finger crack then downclimbed...
Hey remember for next time: red c4 w/ 2ft sling at base of finger crack then get up in there & go for it!!! It's only like 30ft from there.

Awesome sandbag route
I thought I was getting on a 9+, having nothing to go on but the guide book (We did not look at the route from the ground). This dihedral is solid 10d. I just did 'The Winter", 10d at the Gunks the week before and that was nowhere near as sustained as this route. Extremely difficult smears with lousy fingers do NOT a 9+ make.
