Lohn's book calls this a 5.6 with which I agree. After topping the black water streak it becomes a 5.4 at best, however, upto that part- 5.6 if not stiffer. If it still feels like a 5.4 then lead it and then evaluate.

Top Rope ascent by:
kids
Top roped for the Kids (6-11yrs). Good boulders up top for anchor. Same rope works for pile driver. Lack of reach made it much harder for the kids and they can continue past the ledge for an easy but longer climb.
