drop left hand about a foot on the start it will help with the heel hook then after you mack the first two moves befor you try and hold the swing with your left foot up on the leg drop it under it will help with the swing

This is one of those problems you just can't do enough. Also, either the holds are grippy or super slick. Good one to impress your friends with as well.
