Description:

Climb the right side of the arete to the right of Dead Souls. At the first crux there is a chain to reduce rope drag. As with many of these routes chains have sometimes been installed to give the rope a better line not to replace bail-biners. After a rest where the route meets Dead Souls turn on the power up the arete to the finishing slab. FA Jerry Messinger & Bill NewComb

Definitely some of the best climbing to be had at Rattlesnake.

5 out of 5 stars Beautiful Line!!

Amazing arete climbing on the upper portion of the climb to an exposed, and tricky, topout. One of the longest and best climbs at the crag.
