Description:
The first ascent route, this is the most popular route up Mt. Robson in the last decade. Bad weather is often the "crux" of a Robson climb, and this route is more forgiving than others in less than ideal conditions. The climb usually takes three to five days. Go around and up a large face with some limestone climbing up to 5.6 to gain the ridge. Most of it is snow and ice and a long ridgewalk. Extensive glacier navigation skills necessary. A super-sweet alpine route on the Rockies' most challenging peak.
