Third a go go
I thought I'd quit after a couple of routes (on account of being only 3 days post surgery), but the boys started to wesh wash about whether they wanted to quit and find an easier crag. The top rope was already hung, and I decided to make use of it while they waffle more.
Turned out to be an amazingly fun route. As with everything on this side of the crag, it's overhung with some jugs at the start, but then quickly moved into moderate crimps perfectly spaced. It requires concentration and endurance.
The anchor is to the left of the climb, so I placed directionals as I went (hence the "second" style, eventhough it was on top rope). The crux is at the third bolt... where it becomes extremely balancey and finessey. Fun route, definitely above my grade, but would love to come back to work on it more.
