Description:
This is arguably the best line on this of the peak.It combines the bottom half of Yak Crack and the top half of Reality Check.approx.13 pitches. Climb Yak Creck to halfway (pinnacle belay) then go out left to a long flake traverse. reach a cave through-flake and an optional belay - tunnel through or climb right of cave, to ledge (better option). move left again on ledge then climb straight up crux pitches to summit past some bolts. 14 p in total.

we tried to climb Yak Check this weekend, but only made it to the belay just below Lunch Ledge. It had rained all night & the rock was super wet, so we bailed & hiked to the summit.

Great route. If you are comfortable simuling on 5.6, simul from the bottom to lunch ledge, saves a lot of time.

This was my first big route... I led 11 of 12 oitches and found p6 to be the most serious. The 5.10 section was more like 5.8/9
