Description:
A great, sustained face climb and the only "sport climb" at San Ysidro. A warning about toproping Great Race: quite a few people have taken scary swings into the gully while TRing this (a couple have even been hurt). Don't set a toprope off of the Happy-Returns/Orangahang rappel bolts unless protecting the climber with directionals on the top two lead bolts. It's better to TR this one using the newer bolts atop Peels (out on the corner itself).
