Description:
The North Gully splits the Zodiac Wall from the Sheriff's Badge. Follow the gully up, scrambling around chockstones where easier. The last large chockstone is the size of a small house and you have to go UNDERNEATH to get through. After this an exit to the Angel's Crest is possible via a 3rd class ramp. You can also continue up the gully on very loose rock. Take the descent trail from the top of the Chief. Cool climb. 4th class.

An adventurous route. Some what loose, but the big chockstone is very cool! Lose rock and scree doesn't get me hard and I'm not going to race out to do it again, but I can say I've done it now.

The last chockstone is really neat. If I were to do it again, I'd exit to the Angel's Crest after the big chockstone.
