Description:

A five pitch line that begins at the base of the longest wall on Mt. Maxwell, this climb is not for the timid! It overhangs about 25' in the last three pitches and continues to increase in difficulty higher up. FA was in June 2000 and it has yet to see a completely free ascent (1pa on the final pitch).

Wow! The first ascent finally came about when Sam, Peter & I ventured onto this formidable route last year. Still need to complete it without the one piece of aid on the fifth pitch
