Description:

This is a fun, 500' 3rd-5th class scramble in late season. It's a moderate (40 degree) snow climb earlier in season.

Climbed with Scott Reed and a couple blokes from Bozeman. Great snow conditions, but it gets soft early in this summer sun. At the summit pyramid, we climbed the right hand skyline on terribly rotten alpine "ice" and slush, it's gonna fall off real soon and expose a nice ridgeline.

The Sulphide Glacier is pretty, but pretty much a walk-up. The strenuous part is the approach. The summit is basically 3rd class, with maybe a little 4th. Very chossy, with lots of rockfall. Wear a helmet.
Awesome views.
