Description:

Three pitches of high quality rock, with a stunning last pitch on the arete with tons of exposure. An alternative 5.7 start to the right of the normal start, provides a nice dihedral/roof variation. There are many options for the second pitch, including a wide crack on the face or the arete on the right.

5 out of 5 stars Awesome Climb!

Took my Dad up this today, was really awesome. The first pitch had a tough overhang move that I thought was the crux. P2 was good, I think we did a variation, went up Jig's and then traversed back to the arete. P3 was awesome! The arete was really fun considering there is only one bolt, did a runout of about 30 feet at the top. A lot of people go to the left cause of protection but you gotta go up the arete, it's awesome and good holds.

5 out of 5 stars Didn't Disappoint

P1 is the toughest. P2 is my fav. Soloed past the first bolt on P3... easy.

4 out of 5 stars Lost #2 yellow metolius mastercam

My cam was jammed on the belay ledge of the second pitch of Steorts Ridge. My brother had dropped the nut tool on the first pitch. It was gone when a friend of mine went back up for it two days later despite wind and rain. If anyone knows who got it out let me know. I'd love to get it back. My trad rack is sadly small and I it was a sentimental piece for me.
