Anthony and I did this route car to car from South Meadows. Took the ski trail across to ADK lodge which added probably 45min or more to the approach, and after soaring up Diagonal in good style and speed we did the most epic bushwhack towards wallface ponds. The climbing was strenous and fun without being too difficult. I felt solid and strong. On the move solidly for 19hrs with a one hour break. If I do it again, we'll park at the ADK lodge (unless the point is a big day out), and rap the route. In winter I'd camp near Summit rock.

Led pitches 1, 4, 6, and 7. This route is amazing and well worth the effort to get here.

Started at 6am in Ottawa, arrived at the trailhead at 9:30, started route at 12:30pm, finished rappels at 6pm (just as it was getting dark), out by 8pm and home by 11pm... That was one looong day!
