Not enough route practice!
When I went to Hayama, I'd been way from route climbing for a while...and trying to warm up on this 11a was rough for me. I couldn't redpoint it, though I feel certain I will be able to the next time I go.

It's a fun route! Unless you climb up in the wrong direction before the anchor, you can add this route to your onsight list. Which is right direction? Just do it. I missed but it's a piece of cake for the second ascent.
