Description:
This route is the same as the Southeast Buttress, described below! Classic and busy route. Most ways up are a four to six pitch climb. There are some 5.9 variations. Don't miss the chimney!!!

Route B start. Did the chimney. Lead 1st and 3rd pitches. 5th pitch leader did the 5.9 crack. Couldn't follow so traversed out to the knobby bulge then back to the crack to retrieve the protection. Almost couldn't get the last cam out. Didn't go to the top so as to avoid the down climb. Freaked out on the unprotected class 4 descent. Thank goodness for the rappel tree!

Catherdral peak - regular southeast face
Crazy fun route, Many variations with good exposure. Lots of climbers with great views and plenty of room until the top. Great set up for Eichorns Pinnacle. A cool 5.8 variation on the right side of pitch 2 (look for a small udercling, in a up and lateral crack).
