Even the supposed 5.9 start feels hard! But the crux is getting off the ledge past the overhang at mid-route. If you can't reach the second bolt after the roof before you pull through, you could be looking at an "ankle-breaker" fall back to the ledge. Be careful on this one.

More recent guides have bumped this route to 5.11, some even feel this climb is 11c or more. Moving from the awesome horizontal through the overhang had some extremely thin holds and tricky feet. Climbers well over 6 feet tall could probably bypass these moves, most likely leading to the low grading.
