3 out of 5 stars lead

A great but short lead. I would have loved this hand crack to continue for another 50' or so. Many options but we chose to belay from the bottom of the boulders.

Very difficult. Route requires great footwork, good balance and is a scary lead unless you can reach the last bolt from the foot holds. Route may be height dependant ...Maybe at 5-11" it is possible to clip the last bolt from the small toehold. Not recommended.

Another challenging route. This one will take "some" protection, but you really have to look for placements. Not recommended.

Another interesting but short route. I would not like to lead this one and protection is a little scary.

4 out of 5 stars Top Rope

Great friction slab climb. Left my climbing shoes in the car and sent it cleanly in teenies. Would have been a bit sketchy until the first bolt on lead.

3 out of 5 stars follow

A short (45') bolted line which is pretty safe once you clip the 1st bolt. Many small face holds and larger arete holds. Good warmup route.

4 out of 5 stars leader

A fully exposed route. I put on my climbing shoes for this lead even though it is rated 5.6. The route is totally solid with good face friction whenever you want it. I protected the 1st few moves with a blue alien and a #3 nut just in case. The lower bolts used to be loose but have been tightened recently and were solid today. Recommend to any solid 5.6 climber.

3 out of 5 stars follow

Fun route. The 1st pitch was more like 5.5 climbing with a 5.7 move or two. The traverse was a little sustained hand-over-hand and not protected for the second. If you lead this route, remember to protect the traverse for your second.

3 out of 5 stars lead

Teaching neighbor proper gear placement, and cleaning technique. A fun warm-up for many other routes in the area. Bring a 60M rope as a 50M is short from the higher rap chains.
