Just wanted people to know there is a new site up for wall-nut creek mountaineering: www.iowaclimbing.com. We are building new walls and are going to have new hours in November!

Name is better for advertising: a lot of people were typing in the site walnutcreek.com, when the site was wallnutcreek.com.
The name also makes the site more encompassing. I would like to see the site have a good source of outdoor climbing information. Downloadable PDF files with crag information, and detailed pictures of routes in Iowa. I would also like to develop a database similar to the ones used in climbingboulder.com and climbingdevilslake.com.
Some have suggested posting Ice Conditions of Iowa’s Ice climbing areas.
This would be a site focused on climbing in Iowa, and the gym is our home base.
