Other than the pop-ups, looks pretty good. Also, the expression on the face of the climber on the t-shirt is classic. Seen it, done it, lived it, loved it.

if that's a real business, you might want to make the website/storefront more professional. but still a great start!

Nice looking site, but kill the popups and flashing ads -- they detract from what you're trying to show people & turn people away. Simpler is better.
