I herd that Yoga helps you climb better...? any thoughts? I tried it today and found it very fun, im thinking about doing it more often. LaterZ

Absolutely. Flexibility is always a big plus in climbing, plus Yoga teaches you to relax while only stressing the muscles you really need to use. That keeps you from getting more pumped than necessary. There's a whole mental side to it that might help as well but that's another story peace karl

yeah it would help alot especially if you do power yoga as it increases strength and flexibility i would like to do it but it costs to much
