i'm not dishing 30 bucks out to see if MAYBE there's beta on a route i wanta do Cadaract on Mt. Colonial Foster, BC, Canada

I believe that would be Mt. Colonel Foster on Vancouver Isle. No i'm not a paid member. Yes I did see beta on that mountain on Bivouac before it became a paid site. No I have no first hand knowledge of the mountain. Yes there are cheaper places to get beta although not as detailed. http://www.wildisle.ca/activities/climbing/vancouverisland/mtcolfoster.html

Yes there are cheaper places to get beta although not as detailed. http://www.wildisle.ca/activities/climbing/vancouverisland/mtcolfoster.html i've already seen that site there kman...and i've read the route info from the ISLAND ALPINE guide..(not much different from that website) sorry about the typo :roll: i'm abite more worried about the glacier...the guildbook calls it dramatic (by whos definition)....so i'm planning on taking a wellrounded alpine rack (full range of cams, 2 sets of nuts, afew screws, 2 pickets, dozen pitons or so, two ropes (100% need 2 for the waterfall rap 55m), axes, etc)
