I agree, these guys are great. I needed a harness fairly quickly and I got it in 3 days for no extra charge (Priority mail). Highly recommended.

Don't forget the little guys. They can have much (no really much much) better service than a internet only site. Especially if you are a regular. Not trying to diss online comps, but pointing out other options. You can't try shoes on if you buy online. You can't get good advice about what gear is critical for a specific local climb, or what gear will never get used in the area. Sometimes the personal touch is the best part of being a climger. (Yes I know the prices are an issue, I think that whole distribution thing is lame, and if you want to buy all your gear online go crazy) Paul
