tenn_dawg get a grip. the people that win and place high in those comps climb tree's full time for a living. i don't care what your acomplishments are in the rock world, you would get spanked and sent home in a real tree climbing comp. the way alot of comps work is they place bells through out the tree and your timed getting around the tree and ringing the bells. while being tied in and getting around safely. think about it how often do you climb? the people entering those comps climb about 300 days a year. the speed that they can footlock up a single rope is staggering.
