Not sure how old this is, but here's the letter from the new owner: Hello. I am the new owner of Horse Pens 40. My family purchased it about two weeks ago. We intend to open it to most low-impact activities, including bouldering, hiking, camping, etc., as well as Bluegrass festivals, Native American festivals, Mountain Arts and Crafts, Civil War re-enactments, and other historical, educational, and nature activities. We are in the process of getting the paperwork settled, and should have the power and water on soon. We have the park open now (for now, we are open Thurs. thru Sun. 9am til ?, Closed Mon. thru Wed.) for day use including bouldering, hiking, and camping. Our day use fee is still $3.00 per person. We temporarily have portable restrooms for the convenience of our guests. Please see if you can get this info out to the bouldering community, as we need their support in order for bouldering to become a significant and viable portion of the various activities that take place in our park. We look forward to the future good relationship between the bouldering community and Horse Pens 40. Thank you for your help and support in this matter. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Mike Schultz Thanks for sending that over Pushfurther
