Slightly old news but two new Guinness world dyno records were set by Katherine Schirmacher and Matt Heason at the The Edge Climbing Centre in Sheffield (England).
Heason managed 2.6m (8'5") while Schirmacher pulled 1.9m (6'2") for the women's record.

Thing is, other people have surely done longer throws than this, but since they weren't at the 'official' judging then they don't really count. Funny how that works.
