Been climbing approx 30 years. 15 years focused on rope-solo and aid. Life story: Conditioned by years of self abuse on the rock following the wisdom of one guru. 'If your not falling your not improving'. Concerned about this approach after several years, I had my head examined. It came up harder than the rock.
