You would at least think that someone might look a bit closer before they put this photo up on the home page. Yet on the home page the photo was flipped.

I think it's a great photo! And people don't "put this up on the home page." I believe that the website has some sort of algorithm that takes new pictures rated highly, and circulates them through the front page.

I thought it was a clever pic. Obviously set up on purpose, but a fun pic nonetheless. Glacial moraine is a bitch of place to be usually and I can understand the need to have a little fun with it. Nice jorb!

Don't assume I thought it was bad. I thought it was not quality enough for front page! You in all your negativity in almost all your last 30 posts thought that.  Everyone else, check those posts and see.
The photo front page rating system sucks. The stars system plus a thought process behind (human deciding) it might be better though.

Honestly I have had one. It was pathetic. If you look you might see a big fat doe that I shot that I have in my photos. I needed a spot to store her at that time so I did it here. Well, it made the page! I knew something was screwed up at that point.
