on January 8th, we are hosting the ABS regional here in Nashville. it promises to be a great comp. we have $1200 in cash for open (600 men/600 women) and $4000-5000 in prizes. all competitors get a t-shirt, food and drink. there is a $5 spectator fee and spectators get a food and drink ticket also.
11 am - register
12 pm - open/adv
3 pm - int/rec
6:30 pm - open finals
after party at McCabe's Pub.
out of town competitors can stay at the gym Saturday night.
