The Canadian YNC competion was held this past weekend at the Edge in North Vancouver (qualifiers) and Cliffhanger Coquitlam (finals) in BC. The two day event was capped by two super-finals, one for girls 12-13 and one for boys under 11.
Routes ranged from 11b to 13a in difficulty and were run on lead for the 14+ year old catagories and TR for those under 14. The format was isolated flash (with group preview).
Highlights included:
Sean McColl and JJ Mah flashing the semi and final routes.
Luke Miller taking the big whipper on the final route.
