s on rockcomps.com and i was looking at an old schedul and it said something about an EBS comp. does anyone know what EBS is? im guessing its an old comp organization or something. but what does it stand for?

You might have seen JEB (Jr. Eastern Bouldering) a series of boulder comps started by Dave at Philly Rock. This series is designed for kids, much like the USCCA, except it is bouldering only. He runs the comps in conjunction with the USCCA Comps. The first season was last year. I don't know if that is what you saw but maybe it will help. Bob

The EBS was the old Eastern Bouldering Series by Scott Rennak. That series has been changed to what is now the ABS, the American Bouldering Series. All comps are now run under the ABS and the EBS is no longer in existance.

ok thats what i thought. i had never seen EBS before and i figured that it was not in existance anymore.
