Everyone that has bought enough gear has stories of attemting to deal w/ companies that were less than accomodating. Some of us are lucky enough to have stories about companies that have proved how much they value our business.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have found the staff at CheapHolds.com to be some of the best. I had some questions about my order and the people I talked to were not only friendly and knowledgable, but seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was satisfied. This attitude seems to be harder and harder to find.

In the past I have stated that some of their holds are a bit one-dimensional for my tastes. However, after my experience w/ their service I will be more likely to double check their site before going elsewhere.

By the why, I am not affiliated w/ CheapHolds.com in any way. Just think that good service should be rewarded.

That's why I keep going back to the places I do. I always look to gearexpress.com first for climbing gear. Only if they don't have it do I look elsewhere. The prices might get you there the first time, but the service keeps me going back. Same way with the bike shop I use, and the soccer store, the coffee shop, and on and on and on....
