What would i do if a t-nut pops out of the back of my woody?
Does that hole turn in a dead one or is there any way i could fix it from the front?

From the sounds of it, you can't get to the back of your wall. If that is the case, then you are right, unless you take down that part of yoru wall, the hole is dead.

If you can get to the back of your wall enough to get a T-nut back there but just not pound it in...I remember reading that if you can get a nut positioned right and then get a bolt (that you would use to put a hold up) and use a blok of wood and a washer....you can tighten it up like you would a hold and that will help suck the T-nut into the wall...or if you get a same thread pitch bolt you can use a screw gun or something similar.

I hope I explained that well enough for you.
