i have had a look at Uncarved block before, and their hold sets are a rip. They make great holds, they're slopers kick ass, but the price is WAY too high. Have you had a look at RatRox? www.indoorclimbing.com.au. As for routes, make them up. Start off with any hold you want, then say, go up with your right hand. Where your hand reaches a T-nut, mark, and decide what kind of hold you want. Sloper? Crimp? undercling?
