Hi all, I just started slacklining 3 days ago and love it. I've had pretty good success so far. I was just curious because I read something on here about someone ordering an ethos slackline. I've got 1 inch webbing. It works well so far and is cheep cheep! (I'm using the primitive webbing and 4 biner method). Are these specialty slacklines any better? Just curious, Dave

No. They are not worth the money and do the same thing that you can make own your own for a lot less money. Lines never stay perfectly flat no matter how well you set it up. Besides, a quarter twist does not make the line harder to walk anyway.

yeah dave...a lot less money, especially when its your buddy who is paying for it. :D You should pick up some webbing (a bigger piece than the on we are using) in case we see some good trees in mammoth or bishop this weekend. brian
