When you do a front flip do you guys stand with your feet parallel or perpendicular to the line. Do you try these facing your anchors or away? I found it was easiest for me to stand facing away from my anchor like 3-4 feet away and stand with my feet parallel with the line and jump towards the middle more does this sound right or am I doing it completely wrong or are there any other tips I should know about Thanks

I have never seen a frontflip dismount but I know for backflip dismount you stand sideways. I imagine if you want to dismount sideways is how you want to be. Jay www.slackliners.ca

In reply to: I have never seen a frontflip dismount but I know for backflip dismount you stand sideways. I imagine if you want to dismount sideways is how you want to be. Jay www.slackliners.ca I'd say it's an individual thing. I stand with my feet perpendicular for my frontflip and frontflip-180, but I've seen people backflip with feet parallel to the line, and that would seem to be a better way to go if you plan on eventually landing on the line. But then perfection of both styles would be more of a mastery. ;)

Just wondering how high off the ground you set your lines?
