Do you want to know how to set one up or how to actually walk on the line? There have been a million topics and posts regarding how to set one up. As far as actually staying on the line is concerned... Put one foot on the line and quickly hop up and place the other foot on. You have to do it in one fluid motion or else the leg that is on the line will get super wobbly. And then once you've got that... Practice, practice, practice! -Tristan

You stretch a piece of 1-inch tubular webbing between two solid anchors, get it really tight, and walk on it. As you get better, you can work on cool tricks and moves on the line. Check out http://www.slackline.com or http://www.slacklineexpress.com to start, and then look around for more stuff. Also check out psychomeateater and click the website link in his profile. This should get you started. You can do your own searching for the rest of the stuff that's right under your nose all over this site. ;)
