Ive heard of people doing tricks and things on a slackline. What are some of the things that the good slackliners do when they can walk the line consistently?

kneel on it backflip dismounts yoga poses walk backwards no hands lie down flat on your back and stand back up again catch air (jump really high near the anchor and land it on the line) jumping 180's and 360's i've seen the thinker pose done on a highline crazy leg (the Shawn Snyder, shakes the line violently with only one foot on the line) lemur leap (ala Dean Potter) bounce the line and jump forward with one big leap and a couple quick steps to set up for the next bounce multiple hoolahoops while walking the line frisbee on the line juggling on the line tandem walking with a pass--two passing walkers start from opposite ends of the same line jumping mounts, leap from the ground and mount the line surfing the line ---working it back and forth with sideways footing the possibilities are endless, and all the above are currently being done by several professional highliners and lowliners and many amateurss too

In reply to: In reply to: the possibilities are endless, and all the above are currently being done by several professional highliners and lowliners and many amateurss too profesional slackliners??? who are these people you speak of and how does one arrange this? I am interested to learn more Darrin Carterwas the first pro highliner/slackliner, making big $$ for free solos for tv several years ago, and putting slacking in the Guinness Book of World Records Dean Potter has also done some very professional shoots, and walks worthy of much respect. As for more tricks: Corbin likes to dangle from his knees upside down in the midle of a highline to "feel" all the exposure. Shawn walks lowlines blindfolded. Dylan walks backwards, and no hands at the same time.

What do mean "no hands?" Isn't a slackline normally handless.
