Temps vary but are often decent (highs in 50s/60s). It is rainy during that time of year, but the joy of the Red is that you can find good climbs even when it's raining.

You can easily see 90's and high humidity as well late in May so be prepared. 50's & 60's are up in Canada that time of year.

i do not have a guidebook YET, but i imagine that the guidebook will answer this question as well?

Yes the guidebook will answer that. You can also check out the online guidebook at http://www.redriverclimbing.com/RRCGuide/. It has all the info you'll find in the print book.

Hard to offer recs without knowing what sort of routes (grade, trad/sport, style etc) you want to climb. I also recommend the online guidebook; you can filter it to only show routes that are dry when it is raining.
