I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in math at UCLA, and squeezing in climbing whenever I can. I started climbing a little in 2002, but didn't really get into it until around March of 2003. I climb trad almost exclusively, and I especially love long multipitch routes. (Of course, I also love big walls, though I've only done a few so far: three in Zion, and the Nose.) I climb most often at Joshua Tree, except during the summer, when I frequent Idyllwild. I also really love Red Rocks and of course Yosemite, but lately I haven't had as much time for longer trips like that.
