Does anyone know about Foster Falls being closed for the winter? Someone said they had to because tennessee couldnt afford to keep it open.

Earlier this year (actually it might have been end of last year, not sure) our wonderful state government decided to close down some parks because of a huge budget deficit. They've been reopened and I'm pretty sure they are open for good. (If they close then TN doesn't get any money from some federal fund) I go there quite a bit and haven't heard anything about this.
