Question if you get life insurance and you die in a rock climbing accident, Does it cover it? In a life insurance contract it does not say anything about rock climbing, will they charge you more if you tell them because you are more liable to die? jejeje Just a thought this is the kind of crap that goes through my head while i hike!!! If it's an accident, it would seem no different than if you died falling while hiking, or falling down your stairs for that matter. But then again, what do I know? Maybe you should ask your insurance agent.

do a search, there was a thread about this a few months ago. basically, if they ask u and u say yes, they will prolly charge u more. but if u lie and die in a climbing accident, they can refuse to pay!! however, i wouldn't volunteer that info unless specifically asked. read the fine print: they may not explicitly ask about "rock climbing" but may ask if u are involved in any "dangerous sports" or some crap like that.
