Sort of, I think the access fund is trying to buy it or something like that. You can check the progress on the forums and articles at www.seclimbers.org. I've read it, but I can't remember much of it, so don't trust my word too much. :)

The access has always been sketchy there, and word has been going around that it might be closing. There is a big section on it here

I believe that part of it has been sold. I also believe (like stated) that the CCC and SE Climbers Coalition are trying to purchase the remaining sections.
