Hey everyone. I am competeing in my first competition on March 9. I have been climbing for 2 years and am pretty comfortable on a 5.9. Any tips on how to prepare for the competition? Thanks.

Find out what the format is, ie: redpoint, freindly, isolation. Then we can let you know what to expect.

That's awsome! I competed in my first comp this last weekend. It was on the redpoint system - (example: 1st try 175 pts, 2nd try: 150 pts, 3 or more 140pts). It was a blast, I hope you have loads of fun. I was wondering how do the other systems score (friendly, isolation)?
