I am wondering if anyone can help decipher the code on a rope. It reads:
2002,CE0639,EN892 ULAA
Any help would be appreciated.

Well, 2002 would likely be the year it was made. UIAA means the rope is certified to relevant UIAA standards. The EN and CE portions are also types of certifications the rope meets. In other words, it does not really tell you anything except that it was made in 02' and it is certified to industry relevant standards.

EN892 means it it a dynamic rope, not static. There should also be a symbol telling you whether it is a twin, half or single rope.

Thanks JimTitt. The circle code is a 1 so it is a single. I do know that. But don't know the actual mm diameter and just wondering if that information is available with the codes that are printed on the label.
