It is embarassing to ask, but I gotta know... what is a "heel hook," a "crimper," and a "Gaston?" Feel free to gimme any other definitions, too... thanks. Be safe and stay free, all.

Heel hook is wrapping one's heel around a rock to hang on the the rock.
A crimper is a very small hold, a hold that you can get less than a third of one's fingers on.
I have no idea on the other...
