The name of the stuntman that took the HUGE whipper in FOR YOUR EYES ONLY was none other than RICK SYLVESTER, and the location was METEORA, in GREECE, I believe...
He is famous in VALLEY circles for skiing off of the top of EL CAP in an early BASE JUMP, as well as First Ascents on EL CAP and the YO FALLS WALL (via sin aqua for one)...
He is even more famous for one of the TOP TEN MOVIE STUNTS of all time, at the beginning of THE SPY WHO LOVED ME, he was the skier who skied off of the cliff with the parachute, which I think was filmed on MT ASGARD on BAFFIN ISLAND...
