Hey !
Me and a few friends are heading out to Costa Rica for some surfing this March break. I know there climbing there also the only problem is i'm going to be in and around Playa Tamarindo and was wondering if there is any climbing near by and is it worth brining gear for. Me and my partner climbing sport 5.10 and Trad 5.8 :s such a difference ! ANYWAYS.. We also read that theres not alot of trad there so another question would be Should we bring are gear and try it out or leave that extra weight behind?
Also if anybody wants to come climbing or surfing with us for a few days you are more than welcome. Have a good week people of the RC !

Hey,
I'm going to be at a beach resort called Paradisus Playa Conchal - Costa Rica from March 5th to the 9th. I'm hoping to do some beach bouldering and trail running to a Volcano. Is there good surfing near this resort? I've never been to Costa.
